| I liked the fact that its 2 AM and yet there is someone available to reply to my messages and CORRECTLY able to help me do what I want. | Not being versed in hosting I was a bit daunted by the steps. However your support team was not only helpful, but efficient, knowledgeable, and polite as well. Damon went our of his way on numerous occasions to get me up and running, and to be honest I could not have done it without his help. He is definitely an asset to your orginization.

Thank you for adding this reseller domain template. I am a new customer with 3essentials because I had a whole bunch of customer service problems with GoDaddy. I did a lot of research and I transferred to 3essentials. I was really nervous though after my experience with GoDaddy. So far, your customer service has been amazing and I am feeling much more comfortable now. Your team has been very knowledgeable and the response times have been excellent. Keep up the great work.

| I just switched to 3esentials from Network Solutions and I have to say that the difference is noticable from day ONE. The customer support is second to NONE. The control panel is awesome and makes managing my hosting easy. The support replies promptly and so far have been able to help me with every single question or issue I have had, and in record time.
Compare to my old host where getting a response would take days and even then having to escalate issues 3 times before finally getting to someone who knew what they were doing.
3essentials is FANTASTIC. I am very happy with my eperience so far. Light years ahead of my previous host. I just wish I realized sooner that better service was out there and had not wasted so much time with my old host. So glad I found 3essentials! |

Plesk panel makes very easy to configure and get any website running in a matter of minutes and in the case I am clueless technical support chat is always helpful and friendly. When opening a support ticket it has never taken me more than 24 hs to get the issue addressed and resolved. In the very few events there has been a misunderstanding it always has been resolved in benefit of the customer. Overall a five star company with friendly staff focused on excellent service and customer care at affordable prices. Host your site with them and you'll never set for less again. |

| I am setting up a website as a hobby, and have very little expertise in web design or in how to put these things together. I have tried some other hosts, but the level of service was often non-existent, or very poor.
For the last two months I have been playing with this thing blindly, and I had a lot of questions. They were all responded to with an hour, and my questions or problems were always resolved in some fashion. It still isn't up to what I want, but not because of them. I would have run away from this long ago except for the support I have recived from them.
Some pretty patient and responsive people at 3Essentials. That extends to even hobbyists like myself.

| The individuals answering the e-mails on questions have never made me wait more than 30 minutes to answer my questions. Call Dominos pizza and hit send, I'll get the e-mail answers I need before the pizza arrives. Greatly appreciated. | I had a problem with this site where I had to coordinate on the web site with a know-it-all IT guy. He insisted on keeping email on another server, but didn't want to help me with the DNS settings to make that possible. Support at 3Essentials shined once again. The gave me thorough instructions on how to handle the situation and provided server lever support to handle my special situation.
These guys are awesome.

| I have a number of web sites spread among several web hosting companies. I've been wanting to consolidate the sites in once place, and that's going to be 3Essentials. I haven't noticed any down time, as I have with others; the pricing on multiple domains is great; the response time on support requests has been far better than I've had with others; the Plesk control panel makes it much easier to do things myself, and the deal-maker for me was the amount of spam that *doesn't* get through before I apply my own filters, compared to the onslaught I was getting at my last host. I've been on 3Essentials for six months now with no complaints or problems, and excellent fast technical support when I run into my own ignorance, so I'm starting to move my other sites over. |

| Being a self-funded start up company I decided to attempt my hand at building my own website. Once that was accomplished (somewhat anyway), my next step was to locate a hosting company. This company (3essentials.com) had an extremely low downtime rating and offered pretty much the most bang for the buck.
While those two items are obviously important (and have remained true for the last 6 months), I also discovered that support is another extremely important component that should be taken into consideration. As with the other two, 3E has done an excellent job in helping me out with my site. My questions are answered immediately via "live chat" or in the rare event that they are tied up, I usually receive an email response within five minutes. In addition, their responses are in layman's terms which is nice for someone who, for the most part, doesn't really have a clue what they are doing! lol.
Seriously, I really can't recommend them enough.
