| I had an issue with sending email from Argentina today and had a wonderful support person help me. His name was James. At first I thought my webmail wasn't working. Then I figured out during the support chat session that my webmail was working only when using Internet Explorer. He had me configure my outgoing port on Outlook to 2525 instead of just 25 and now my email is working perfectly. The problem was that I came to Argentina and port 25 was blocked apparently. He was very helpful and nice, a pleasure to deal with. I've always had really great experiences with 3Essentials tech support. Thank you!! |

| Tech support with 3Essentials has been the best and I have been hosted with several other groups over the past 15 years. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and professional. The sites I have are more complex and require a little extra help on the server side. These guys jump right in and act like part of our team. I wish we started hosting with them years ago. They rock. |

| Art and Thad were both really great. I reported the problem (mail delivery failure) at 3 am EST and by the time I woke up and checked my email, the problem was resolved. Awesome support. |
