2010-07-28 2:43:23: Customers hosted on WEB20 who have selected WEBALIZER for website statistics for their domain will find that website statistical data is not currently being updated. Our Operations team is aware of and working the issue. Updates will be posted here. NOTE: this does NOT affect customers on web20 who have chosen AWStats for website statistics for their domain, as AWStats are properly functioning. WORKAROUND: Customers using WEBALIZER for statistics on WEB20 are encouraged to change their statistics choice to AWSTATS as AWSTATS is unaffected by this issue and provides more detailed and more robust website statistical data. HOWEVER, please note that changing from WEBALIZER to AWSTATS (or vice-vsersa) will result in the loss of historical website statistical data, as this data is reset when the statistics product is changed.
