	Details	2009-06-25 2:41:18: We are experiencing a recurring and intermittent problem on WEB18 that occasionally causes delivery delays for mail on WEB18. No messages are lost, they are simply queued on the server and are received at a later time. The operations team is currently investigating this issue. Additional updates will be posted here.

	Description	DNS caching-resolving nameservers down for 15 minutes - RESOLVED/CLOSED
	Status	Active
	Details	2009-07-01 12:01:37: A brief outage we had with our DNS caching-resolving name servers. Could cause 2 types of symptoms: a) mail delay, as mail servers could not look up DNS MX records to determine where to deliver mail for a recipient domain. b) possibly website code errors if dns lookups were required - example: a shopping cart that reaches out to UPS for shipping info, it would not be able to resolve UPS.com, which could cause an error in their code. This outage lasted from 7-1-2009 9:55:13 ADM ET to 7-1-2009 10:50:12 AM EDT, and was resolved at that time.
