Backup your Websites and Databases using Plesk 12. Your Cloud Server is also backed up for disaster recovery, in the event a node crashes 3essentials can restore your entire Cloud Server. Should you need to restore site files, you can restore the entire site using Plesk 12.

Q. Who manages and monitors my Cloud Server?
A. The customer manages the server. Our support is available 24×7 to assist on a fee basis. Our current support rate is $20 per quarter hr (15 minutes). Monitoring Of: CPU, Disk Size, Memory, Ping is included and notifications are sent to the email address you provide us.
Q. Is there any support included?
A. Our support includes restoring your Cloud Server from backups if you need us to. We are happy to assist with any support request on a best effort basis. Our staff has vast experience in hosting technologies. We have a vast Knowledgebase on how to perform many different tasks, if you can’t find an article then feel free to ask us!
Q. But I’m not a server administrator, how can I support a server?
A. You don’t have to. Recruiting, hiring, training, and maintaining a quality technical staff that has experience with Hosting and Internet technologies is our specialty. Use our fee based support for just a few or all of your Cloud Server items.
Q. Does the PLESK 12 Panel come installed?
A. Yes. We install the Panel, provide you Admin credentials to administer your server and also create a client account for you. The platform comes ready to add domains, administer MS SQL / MySQL databases and create email accounts.
Q. Can I use SQL Management Studio?
A. Yes. MS SQL Management Studio is pre-installed on your Cloud Server. This allows you to connect to your server using Remote Desktop Client (RDP) and launch MS SQL Management Studio from the desktop.
Q. Can I use 3essentials nameservers?
A. Yes. Your welcome email will include the nameservers to use. Your Cloud Server will act as the Master name server that updates our slave nameservers.
Q. Does my Cloud Server include Backups?
A. Yes. Review the Backup Section on this page.
Q. Does my Cloud Server include Email?
A. Yes. By default Plesk 12 installs MailEnable Standard Edition as the mail server. Don’t want to manage the mail server? Review our Business Email plans and let us host mail for you on our Managed Email Platform. Your websites can even connect to Business Email to send mail.
