24x7 Server Support

We provide support options for both our dedicated servers and our managed servers. Please read below to review what support options are available for our dedicated servers and our managed servers.

Dedicated Server Support
We provide 24x7 server hardware and network support. OS configuration and component installation is handled by the customer. 3Essentials will, at the customers request reinstall the OS. OS Install fee is $40 per re-install. Basic technical support is provided at a rate of $35 per quarter hour. Basic technical support includes, OS, RDP and Network to ensure server is operational and available to the internet.

Managed Server Support
3Essentials provides support for all server applications. This includes the mail server, web server, dns server, database server and any applications provided as part of our solution. We provide assistance with web site application issues, but do not troubleshoot coding errors. Managed Server Support is similar to shared hosting support in that we support all of the server technologies and framework.
